Margarita Esther González combines literary translation with theater. She has translated Ernest Hemingway, Allen Ginsberg, Eugene O'Neill, Tennessee Williams, and Luis Valdez, among others. She is the Director of the group Teatro en Espiral, an interdisciplinary forum based in Mexico City that promotes and researches the arts.
